1. Thought Privacy
We believe your ideas are private. Synapse does not train base AI models on your private nodes or reasoning branches. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by you or the team members you explicitly invite.
2. Data Collection
We collect minimal metadata to provide the service: your account details, workspace configuration, and encrypted node content. We do not sell your reasoning patterns to advertisers.
3. Infrastructure Security
Our servers use industry-standard encryption both at rest and in transit. While we use AI processing partners, all data sent for reasoning is anonymized where possible and handled under strict confidentiality agreements.
